Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Lightly spray or brush both sides of frozen turkey burgers with oil and place on grill, about 4" above heat. Grill burgers 5 minutes on one side; turn and grill on the other side for 5 - 7 minutes or until center of burger reaches 165°F.
Broil: Preheat broiler. Lightly spray or brush both sides of frozen turkey burgers with oil and place on broiler pan, about 4" under heat. Broil burgers for 5 minutes on one side; turn and broil on other side 5 - 7 minutes or until center of burger reaches 165°F.
Skillet: Preheat non-stick skillet on medium heat (2 minutes). Lightly spray or brush both sides of frozen turkey burgers with oil and place into skillet. Cook burgers for 5 minutes on one side; turn and cook on the other side for 5 - 7 minutes or until center of burger reaches 165°F.
To check for doneness, insert thermometer in center of burger. Internal temperature should be 165°F for safety.
