Boneless hock meat ready for your favorite recipe. All the same rich smoky flavor you would expect from a ham hock without the hassle of the bones. These are perfect for a pot of beans or greens.

Highlights

  • Place in a large stock pot and cover with water. Bring water to a boil then reduce heat to medium-low and cover. Simmer for 2.5 - 3 hours or until desired tenderness is reached.

    Option: Add to cabbage, mustard greens, potatoes black-eye peas, red beans or your favorite veggie.
