Do not use if pouch is punctured or leaking prior to opening.- 1. Tear easy-open pouch & slide salmon steak onto plate. Notice the firm texture seasoning! Heat in microwave, on stove or in oven. Oven: 10 minutes. Tear open pouch and slide steak into small non stick baking dish. Place covered in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 10 minutes. Stove Top: 2 - 4 minutes. Tear open pouch and slide steak into small non stick skillet. Heat over Medium heat about 1 - 2 minutes on each side. Microwave: 20 to 30 seconds. Tear open pouch and slide steak onto microwaveable plate. Cover and heat 20 to 30 seconds on High. Cooking time may vary depending on type of appliance used.
