Warning: Follow instructions exactly. Prepare bottles and teats as directed. Do not change proportions of powder except on medical advice. Incorrect preparation can make your baby very ill.- Direction for Use: 1. Wash hands first. Sterilise bottle and teat in boiling water or a steriliser. 2. Potable, previously boiled water should be used. Pour the required amount of cooled boiled water into the bottle. 3. Add the required number of softly packed level scoops according to the feeding guide, using the provided scoop and the built-in leveller on the Can. Always add 1 scoop of powder for each 60mL of water. 4. Shake well until powder is dissolved. Test temperature on your wrist before feeding. It should feel lukewarm, not hot. Once prepared, serve immediately. Each bottle should be prepared individually. If a bottle of made up formula is to be stored prior to use, it must be refrigerated and used within 24 hours. Formula left after a feed must be discarded. Storage: Close lid tightly after each use. Store in a cool dry place under 25 degrees C. Use within 4 weeks of opening. Do not use if foil seal is damaged or missing. For use by date, see base of the tin. Feeding Guide: Age of Infant: 0-2 weeks; 60 water (ml); 1 powder (scoops) (1 measuring scoop = 8.8g powder); 7-8 feeds per day. Age of Infant: 2-4 weeks; 120 water (ml); 2 powder (scoops) (1 measuring scoop = 8.8g powder); 6-7 feeds per day. Age of Infant: 1-2 months; 180 water (ml); 3 powder (scoops) (1 measuring scoop = 8.8g powder); 5-6 feeds per day. Age of Infant: 2-4 months; 180 water (ml); 3 powder (scoops) (1 measuring scoop = 8.8g powder); 5 feeds per day. Age of Infant: 4-6 months; 240 water; 4 powder (scoops) (1 measuring scoop = 8.8g powder); 4-5 feeds per day. Add 1 level scoop of powder for every 60 ml of water. This is a general guide only. Your baby may need more or less than indicated. Infant formula may be used from birth to 6 months. It is recommended that infants over the age of 6 months should be gradually offered solid food in addition to formula.
