Do NOT exceed recommended water to powder ratio unless specified by a healthcare professional. Failure to follow warnings and these mixing and storage instructions could result in severe harm. Fill powder to the top of the enclosed scoop (1 scoop = 8.8g). One can makes about 140 fl oz (4,140 mL).
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS Washing hands, bottle, feeding utensils and surfaces with soap and water prior to preparing formula. Using the feeding guide below, pour the desired amount of water into a clean bottle. Add powder using 1 unpacked, level scoop for each 2 fl oz of water. Cap bottle, shake well until powder is dissolved. Discard unrefrigerated formula after one hour. To Make Approximately: 2 fl oz bottle, use 2 fl oz (60ml) or water and 1 scoop (8.8g) of powder. 4 fl oz bottle, use 4 fl oz (120ml) of water and 2 scoops (17.6g) or powder. 6 fl oz bottle, use 6 fl oz (180ml) of water and 3 scoops (26.4g) of powder. 8 fl oz bottle, 8 fl oz (240ml) and 4 scoops (35.2g) or powder.
