Description
A Louisiana recipe. A Southern tradition. Another great product from Cajun Injector! Pecans not included. Started in 1977, Chefs Edgar and Maurice Williams' famous Front Porch Restaurant attracted guests from around the world, earning Restaurant of the Year honors and numerous other awards in competitions around the country. While known primarily for their unique meat marinades and an innovative method of deep injecting meats in order to quickly impart rich flavor, their rich desserts were also huge favorites, particularly their bread pudding. This family recipe is now available to you to enjoy with your own family and friends.
