Directions: How Do I Use Arnica 30C? 1. Pull tab first. Turn tube upside down and twist pellet dispenser. 2. Twist until 5 pellets have fallen into cap. Carefully remove cap. 3. Use cap to pour pellets under the tongue and allow them to dissolve. Adults and Children 2 Years of Age and Older: At the onset of symptoms, dissolve 5 pellets under the tongue 3 times a day until symptoms are relieved or as directed by a doctor. Children Under 2 Years of Age: Ask a doctor.
