Ingredients
Organic Whole Grain Amaranth.- Basic Cooking Instructions: Pilaf: Bring 1/2 cups water and 1/4 tsp salt to a boil in a medium pot. Add 1 cup amaranth, reduce heat and simmer, covered, until liquid is absorbed, about 20 minutes. Makes 4 servings. Cereal: Bring 2 1/2 cups water and 1/2 tsp salt to a boil in a medium pot. Add 1 cup amaranth, reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 25 minutes. Makes 4 servings. Store in a cool, dry place. Tear here to open.
