A deliciously smooth, high fiber cereal milled from high protein oats grown in dedicated oats-only fields. R5 ELISA testing in our dedicated, gluten free facility ensure the purity of our Gluten Free Oat Bran. Oat bran is a wonderful source of soluble fiber, which prevents cholesterol from entering the blood stream. Use oat bran as a hot cereal or add to baked goods to increase their nutritional value. Our Gluten Free Oat Bran is pure. The oats are grown by over 200 farmers on clean, dedicated oat-growing fields. They plant only pedigreed seed stock. Each farm delivery is sampled hundreds of times and tested with an R5 ELISA gluten test to ensure the absence of gluten. The oat bran is packaged in our 100% gluten free facility and tested for gluten again to ensure its purity. Our product line is diverse and extensive.

  • Stovetop: To make a delightful breakfast cereal, add 1/4 tsp salt to 2 cups water and bring to a boil. Slowly stir 2/3 cup oat bran into the boiling water and cook for approximately 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes. Makes two servings. Tastes great served with milk, honey, brown sugar, fruit and nuts. Microwave: In a large bowl, combine 2 cups water. 1/4 tsp salt and 2/3 cup oat bran. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Makes 2 servings. Tastes great served with milk, honey, brown sugar, fruit and nuts.
