Presented in a glass vase, the beautiful flowers are complemented by pops of greenery. To enjoy the sight and smell of these flowers even longer, change the vase water every couple of days and trim the stems as needed.

  • For longer-lasting flowers, check out these helpful tips:

    • Fill a vase with fresh water. Add flower food and stir to dissolve.
    • Compare height of vase to height of flowers to gauge how much to trim the stems.
    • To help flowers absorb water, cut stems at a slight angle.
    • Remove all excess leaves that fall below the water line from the stems.
    • Replace water in vase every two days and recut stems.
    • Occasionally lightly mist the petals with water. Remove any buds that are past their prime.
    • Place flowers in a cool area and not by heat-generating source
