    Allergens and safety warnings

    Peas are legumes. People with severe allergies to legumes like peanuts should be cautious when introducing pea protein into their diet because of the possibility of a pea allergy. Contains no peanuts or tree nuts.
  • Storage and Prep: Thaw in refrigerator overnight before cooking and use within 10 days of thawing. Do not refreeze. Cook thoroughly before serving until internal temperature reaches 165°F minimum. Do not overcook. Heating times may vary as equipment varies.

    Grill or Skillet: Pre-heat grill or non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Place patties on grill or in pan and cook about 4 minutes per side. Edge and interior of patty may still be red or pink when fully cooked.

    Not Recommended: Microwaving, Boiling or Deep Frying. Do not consume raw.
