  • Keep frozen, contains gluten. Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place frozen tenders on a sheet tray and bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to sit for 2 minutes before eating. Stovetop: Heat 1 tsp of oil in saute pan over medium high heat. Add frozen tenders, turning frequently, until golden on all sides (approx 3 min). Let sit 2 minutes before eating. Don't overcook. Keep frozen. For best results, microwaving not recommended.
