Contains milk, wheat and soy ingredients.- You will need for 1 pouch (3 servings): 3/4 cup milk; 2/3 cup hot water; 2 tablespoons margarine or butter. Stove-Top: 1. Heat milk, hot water and margarine just to a boil in 2-quart saucepan (watch carefully to avoid boil over). 2. Remove from heat. While stirring with fork, add 1 pouch potatoes with seasoning. Stir until well blended. Let stand about 1 minute or until liquid is absorbed. Microwave: 1. Stir 3/4 cup milk, 3/4 cup hot water, 2 tablespoons margarine and 1 pouch potatoes with seasoning in 1 1/2 quart microwaveable casserole or bowl until moistened. 2. Cover with microwaveable plastic wrap, folding back one side to vent steam. Microwave on High 2 to 5 1/2 minutes or until hot. Remove from microwave; let stand 1 minute. Stir gently with fork until blended. Caution: Dish will be hot; be careful to avoid steam. For 2 Pouches (6 servings): Use 3 quart saucepan. Double all ingredients. If microwaving, use 2 quart microwaveable casserole or bowl and microwave 4 to 9 1/2 minutes or until hot. Refrigerate leftovers. For stiffer potatoes, let stand 3 to 5 minutes. For extra-creamy potatoes, stir in more water, 1 tablespoon at a time. High Altitude: no change.
