You Will Need: 1 lb uncooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1/2-inch cubes. 1 tbsp vegetable oil. 1-3/4 cups hot water. 2-1/2 cups milk. (1) Cook heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 6 to 7 minutes, stirring often. Drain if necessary: return cooked meat to skillet.
