    Ingredients

    Clam Meat, Salt, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Clam Broth (Water, Dried Clam Broth), Dried Whey (Milk), Corn Oil, Sugar, Dried Onion, Yeast Extract, Dried Garlic, Disodium Inosinate and Disodium Guanylate, Spice Extractive.
  • Basic Stock Directions: Dissolve 1 teaspoon Clam Base in 8 oz boiling water. For each quart of stock needed, use 1-1/2 tablespoons Clam Base. For Clam Chowder: In soup pot combine 2 cups half & half or milk, 2 - 6 1/2 oz. cans of chopped or minced clams with juice, 2 medium potatoes, diced, 1 large onion, diced, 2 tablespoons flour, 2 tablespoons Superior Touch Clam Base and a dash of pepper. Bring to a boil while stirring, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Makes about 5 - 8 oz. servings. For best results, refrigerate after opening.
