After opening, use within 7 days. Cooking Methods: Skillet: Pour desired amount of eggs into non-stick skillet over medium heat. To scramble, stir eggs gently. For filled omelet, top with filling, loosen edge of omelet and fold in half. Microwave: Pour desired amount of eggs into a microwavable bowl. Cover. Cook on high (100%) power for 1-1/2 minutes. Stir. Cook for an additional 30 seconds or until eggs are set but slightly moist. (Due to variations in microwave ovens, cooking times may vary). To improve leavening in some baked goods (cakes, breads, muffins), use 1/4 cup Better'n Eggs in place of each whole egg.
