Warning: Choking Hazard. Babies and young children, the physically disabled, or those who can not apply the product themselves should use this product only under constant, direct, adult supervision. Never allow the product to enter or block nose or mouth. Additional Precautions: Store this product out of the reach of children and pets. Use only as directed. For external use only. Avoid direct contact with eyes. If excessive redness, irritation, burning or discomfort of the skin develops, discontinue use and consult a physician immediately. Do not apply to wounds or to irritated, damaged, sunburned or very sensitive skin. The cooling gel sheet will not stick if the skin is wet or if the gel sheet comes into contact with hair, eyebrows or clothing. Consult a physician if fever persists or condition worsens.- Instructions: Cut open pouch and remove one cooling gel sheet. Remove transparent film from back of gel sheet and discard. Place gel sheet on skin. If desired, cut gel sheet to suitable size before placing on forehead. Reseal the pouch to prevent remaining gel sheets from drying out by tightly folding the pouch twice. Store unused gel sheet in the foil pouch to prevent drying. Store in a cool dry place, avoiding direct sunlight and high temperature. May even be stored in refrigerator for extra cooling. Do not store in freezer. For sanitary purposes, use each sheet only once and discard after use.
