Inactive Ingredients: An Isotonic Solution of Purified Water, Sodium Chloride (0.65%), Potassium Phosphate/Sodium Hydroxide Buffer (to Prevent Nasal Irritation), Disodium EDTA, Benzalkonium Chloride, and Alcohol.
Allergens and safety warnings

Directions: Hold head upright and squeeze twice in each nostril. For drops, tilt head back and apply 2 to 6 drops in each nostril. Use as often as needed.
