Ingredients
Galangal, Shallots, Soyabean Oil, Sugar, Salt, Red Chilies, Flavour: Natural Shrimp, Garlic, Lemongrass, Ground Turmeric.- Singapore Chicken Curry (Nonya Curry) Serves 4. 1 Packet Singapore Chicken Curry SpicePaste; 2 tablespoons vegetable oil; 350 g (3/4 pound) chopped chicken pieces; 2 potatoes, cubed, 50 g (1.75 oz) coconut cream powder (mixed with 2 cups (440 ml); or 2 cups (440 ml) coconut milk or milk. 1. Heat oil in saucepan on Medium-Low heat. Add Spice Paste and stir fry for 1/2 minute. 2. Add chicken and potatoes. Stir fry for 3 minutes. Lower heat, add coconut milk and bring to the boil. 3. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until cooked. Serve hot with rice or bread.
