  • Microwave Instructions: 1/4 cup Arrowhead Mills Yellow Popcorn. Yields 4 cups popped. 1. Pour popcorn kernels into a medium sized microwave safe bowl. 2. Cover with a microwave safe lid or paper plate. 3. Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes or until popping slows to once every 3 seconds. 4. Let stand for 1 minute. Remove from microwave and season as desired. Stove Top Instructions: 1/4 cup Arrowhead Mills Yellow Popcorn; 1 3 qt saucepan with cover; 3 tbsps canola or coconut oil; 3 tbsps melted butter (optional) salt to taste. Yield 4 cups popped. 1. Heat oil in pan over high heat, add 3 kernels and place a lid on tight. When kernels have popped, add the rest of the kernels in an even layer. 2. Cover with lid and cook over low heat. 3. Keep covered for 30 seconds or until all kernels have popped. When rapid popping has slowed to almost nothing, remove from heat. 4. Transfer to a medium bowl, toss popcorn with melted butter and salt. Great for delicious whole grain snack. Store in a cool dry place.
