Chicken breading mix. No msg. Also great on fish. Our story starts in the heart of Cajun country in my hometown of Eunice, Louisiana. As adults, my wife and I ended up in Oregon, but never lost the craving for true authentic Cajun food. After sharing our recipes with friends, we were encouraged to bring Cajun products to a broader audience. That's when A Cajun Life was born. Our seasonings are blended and packaged within minutes of my hometown giving it the authentic flavors needed to create masterful dishes everytime.

Ingredients
All-Purpose Flour, (Bleached Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine, Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Salt, Red Pepper, Granulated Onion, Black Pepper.
1. Rinse chicken well in cold water. 2. Roll or shake chicken in A Cajun Life Chicken Fry until fully coated. 3. Fry or bake at 350 degrees until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees or higher and is golden brown.
