Internal temperature need to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Remove frozen quiche form packaging. 3. Arrange frozen quiche about 1/2 inch apart on an un-greased baking sheet. 4. Place baking sheet n middle rack in oven. 5. Bake according to chart on right. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Baking Time: 12 quinches - 14 minutes. Cook thoroughly. Keep frozen.
