It may be redeemed at any H-E-B or Central Market store. What values are available? Gift Cards are available in $5, $10, $20, $25, $50, and $100 increments. I need several Gift Cards. Can I purchase them at the store? The stores can sell only 10 cards per purchase. Purchases of more than 10 cards must be ordered by calling 1-800-987-4438. What can I buy with an H-E-B Gift Card? Purchase any merchandise the store sells, such as groceries, household items, gas, pharmacy and cosmetics.. What CAN'T I buy with my Gift Card? Money orders and Western Union transfers and all Business Center services, including utility payments and tickets. Can I get cash back? No. Whatever amount you don't spend will remain on the Gift Card until your next purchase. Is an H-E-B Gift Card refundable? No. H-E-B gift cards are non-refundable. Can I purchase gas with my Gift Card? Yes. The Gift Card cannot be read at the pump. So just take your Gift Card into the kiosk for the cashier to process. How do I know what my balance is? When you use your card for purchases, the balance of the card is listed on your receipt. If you don’t have your receipt, just call the H-E-B Gift Card support center at 1-800-533-2153.
