Reuben Wrap

Replace the rye with a wrap for a new twist on an old favorite. With corned beef, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese, these “wraps” are just as savory as a sandwich.

Ingredients:
4 Mission® Burrito Size Flour Tortillas
1 lb. Corned Beef sliced thin
8 oz. Sauerkraut
8 oz. Swiss Cheese grated
8 oz. Thousand Island Dressing
2 oz. Vegetable Oil

Directions:
Lay tortilla down on clean work surface. In each tortilla place 4 oz. of corned beef, 2 oz. drained sauerkraut, 2 oz. thousand island dressing and 2 oz. of swiss cheese (in that order, bottom to top). Tuck in the ends of the tortilla, then roll tightly to enclose all ingredients.

Preheat non-stick sauté pan to medium hot; then place 1 oz. oil in hot pan. Place two stuffed tortillas into pan with the seam side down. Brown evenly on all sides, approximately 30 seconds per side. Remove from pan, repeat with remaining tortillas and remaining oil.

Slice on angle and serve.
