Winners will have their commercial aired on TV and win prizes including a new car and groceries for a year

(SAN ANTONIO) — Texas get voting! Visit myheb.com today to cast your vote in the My H-E-B Commercial Contest. The commercials were created by customers across the state who are vying for the chance to take home the contest’s top prizes – a brand new car and free groceries for a year. Just one vote could make the world of difference.

More than 550 commercial entries were submitted to the contest which kicked off in January. In May, 10 were selected as finalists and can be viewed at heb.com for customer voting through June 4. Be sure to vote daily and often to see that your favorite commercial wins. The three top vote-getters will be named contest winners and will have their commercial aired on across Texas on television. The contest’s grand-prize winner will also drive home in a 2007 GMC Acadia and first place will win a year’s worth of free groceries from H-E-B.

• Six Candles – Corpus Christi
• Kids H-E-B Dinner for Mom – Houston
• Prices Please Everyone – San Antonio

“This is a fantastic opportunity to get behind and really show your support for your favorite – just one vote can make a difference,” said Kate Rogers, Director of Advertising for H-E-B.

Customers looking to cast their vote can also be on the lookout for the “My H-E-B RV Tour” which is making stops throughout the state at local H-E-B stores or special community events. When spotted, customers can view the 10 commercials, cast their vote and sign-up to win a $50 H-E-B gift card.
