In this position, you are responsible for leading the operation of a successful H-E-B retail unit to achieve, through great people, maximum return on investment. The ideal candidate is an H-E-B Partner (employee) champion who creates a team environment where training and development ensure that customers are provided with quality products and superior customer service.

Qualifications for the job include:

A minimum of 5 years experience in a retail management position
Strong leadership and human relations skills
Strong analytical and communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to maintain and promote public, customer and community relations
Ability to be a self-starter and work with little supervision
Vision for the future with skill in setting forward-thinking goals
